Event registration for adult mentors

IMPORTANT - If you have questions, we might already have answers for you!

IMPORTANT - ALL adult mentors must be registered with the AAU (use AAU club code WW984E). 

Adult Mentor Program Registration 

  • We are an AAU program.  This means that every adult mentor MUST be an AAU member and must be registered as an AAU COACH.  I have put together a step-by-step guide (below) on how to register as a coach.
  • As part of the AAU registration process, you will be subject to a background check.  Keep in mind that the AAU is registering you to be on the court with youth players, so hopefully you understand this requirement.
  • Each adult mentor must pay a one-time $16 fee to register for the AAU.  

Step by step instructions to register with the AAU as a coach: 

  • Go to the AAU membership registration page HERE
  • Create an account
  • Select "become an AAU member."  Register as a "non-athlete."  This differentiation is made because you will not participate in actual tournament play (that is the August 15 event for youth participants only).
  • In STEP 1 ("choose your program"), select "Youth Program" and click NEXT
  • Select "Volleyball" as the sport and click NEXT
  • Select REGULAR MEMBERSHIP and click SELECT AND CONTINUE
  • Fill out the membership form, taking care to make sure you complete all the required fields (marked with an asterisk)
  • When you get down to the CLUB ASSOCIATION box, enter the club code WW984E.  This is the club code for Elemisha Volleyball.  It is very important that you enter in this code so you are linked with our club.
  • Complete the rest of the process and pay via credit card.  Once you have completed the process, you will be issued an AAU membership number.  Email me this membership number so we have it on file.

Oops - what if I forgot to enter the correct club code WW984E, and I need to go back and change it?

Adult Registration

For the adult training group registration, click on the button below. Because our program can be attended in an a-la-carte fashion, you must register for each date you would like to attend.
