Event registration

IMPORTANT - If you have questions, we might already have answers for you!

If you have any questions about how the program is run, then before you register, go to our FAQ page (see button below), and if your question is not answered there, feel free to contact us using the CONTACT US button (also on a button below).  We want our participants to be satisfied with their experience.

IMPORTANT - ALL participants must be registered with the AAU (use AAU club code WW984E).

Oops - what if I forgot to enter the correct club code WW984E, and I need to go back and change it?

Answer - no problem, this is a common issue.  There are two ways to do this:

  • Call the AAU at 407.934.7200 and ask for Paula, Joan, or Colleen.  Tell them you have a membership registration issue, give them your order number plus our team code (WW984E) and they will fix it for you on the spot.  Ask them to email you a duplicate membership card so you have your AAU number.
  • Click on the button below for instructions on how to change your club code via the AAU website.

IMPORTANT - ALL participants must have a signed parental permission waiver (IMPORTANT!)

This waiver is in an electronic PDF format that can be filled out on your computer, but must be signed and dated by hand.  No participant will be allowed to their first week of participation without a signed waiver and an AAU registration number.  No exceptions.

Bring the completed and signed waiver with your participant the first week they attend.  We will have extra blanks of this form at the event itself in case parents forget to fill this out.  We only require this waiver to be filled out once per season.

KUBWA Registration

For the KUBWA high performance group, click on the button below. Because our program can be attended in an a-la-carte fashion, you must register for each date you would like to attend.  Our KUBWA season pass is no longer an available option.

DOGO Registration

For the DOGO group, there are two types of registration - season pass and standard.

Season pass - purchase the entire summer (all nine weeks) at a significant discount.  This must be purchased by July 10, 2015.
