IMPORTANT - Elemisha Volleyball is an invite-only program. 

If you or your son/daughter are interested in participating and have not been invited, please go to the "contact" page and send us a message.

If your son/daughter has been invited to our program, please follow the subsequent steps carefully.  These steps MUST be completed by a parent or guardian.

Step #1 - email list

If you have not already, join our mailing list by clicking the button below.  

Our email list is our primary method for disseminating information about the program, so it is imperative that you do this first.  You only need to do this once, so if you are already on our mailing list, you may skip this step.

Step #2 - AAU registration

All participants must be registered with the AAU to be part of our program.

Register your participant(s) with the AAU by clicking the button below.  

Choose to create AAU account

Once you've created the account, login to that account

Click on "NEW MEMBERSHIP"

Choose the "I'm signing up my child" option.

Check the "Youth Program" box and click "NEXT."

Select "Volleyball" as the sport and click "NEXT."

Choose "Regular Membership" (not Extended) and click "Select & Continue."

Fill out ALL information.  Where it asks for "club association," make sure to use the clube code WW984E.  That is the Elemisha Volleyball club code, which links your registration with our organization and allows us to remotely verify your AAU status.  This is NOT to be confused with your AAU membership number.

Complete registration and pay.  There will be a $14 a charge for AAU registration.

Write down your AAU membership number you have been assigned, as you will need this number for event registration.  This number should start with a "3."

You only register for the AAU once per season (AAU membership expires at the end of August 2015), so if you have already registered with the AAU, you may skip this step.

Step #3 - event registration

For the Competition group, there are two types of registration - season pass and standard.

Season pass - purchase the entire summer (all ten weeks) at a significant discount.  This must be purchased by June 6, 2016.

Standard - a la carte selection of event dates.

The registration for DOGO is broken into 4 separate sessions, so if you are attending all 4, you'll need to register for all 4 dates separately.  It is NOT required that you commit to all the dates up front, and it is not required that you register all at once, but we prefer early registration for our own planning purposes.

Step #4 - parental permission waiver (IMPORTANT!)

Download, read, and sign our parental permission waiver by clicking the button below.  

This waiver is in an electronic PDF format that can be filled out on your computer, but must be signed and dated by hand.  No participant will be allowed to their first week of participation without a signed waiver and an AAU registration number.  No exceptions.

Bring the completed and signed waiver with your participant the first week they attend.  We only require this waiver to be filled out once per season.

Step #5 - show up

Please deliver your participant on-time and ready to go.  DOGO participants should be ready to step on the court at 9AM, so a slightly early arrival is encouraged for this group.  KUBWA participants should be ready to set up nets at 9AM, so they needn't be early.
